Dr. Olivia Hutchinson, a board certified female plastic surgeon, practices at her office located off Park Avenue on the Upper East Side of Manhattan in New York City. She performs all cosmetic surgical and non-surgical procedures of the face, breast and body, with specialty in minimally invasive and short scar techniques. She offers aesthetic breast surgery procedures including breast augmentation with saline and silicone breast implants, breast lift/mastopexy, and breast reduction surgery. She also performs Mommy Makeovers, which combine several procedures for breast enhancement such as breast augmentation (with or without breast lift), liposuction and tummy tuck/abdominoplasty.

Our most popular procedures:

• **Breast Augmentation. We specialize in breast augmentation with both saline and silicone filled breast implants. Most often patients simply wish breast enhancement for an increase in bust size. This may be due to naturally small breasts, or due to loss of breast volume after pregnancy and breastfeeding. Breast implants may also correct underlying asymmetry of the breasts where one breast is smaller than the other. Other congenital issues such as tuberous breast deformity may also be addressed by placement of breast implants. Breast augmentation may sometimes be combined with breast lift (mastopexy) surgery to reshape the breast and provide a perkier, fuller appearance to the breast.
• **Liposuction. Many patients who are in otherwise excellent shape have persistent areas where fat remains despite regular exercise and appropriate diets. Liposuction is specifically designed to remove fat from these areas in the body and produce a more svelte and curvy appearance. The fat removed during liposuction may also be used for fat injections or autologous fat grafting to fill in areas where there are contour hollows, to correct wrinkles or scar depressions, or to augment lips and add volume to the face. Men can also benefit from liposuction to correct “love handles” and gynecomastia.
• ** Tummy Tuck. For many patients the abdominal skin and tissues are affected by pregnancy, weight loss, or simply aging, the abdomen becomes lax and sit-ups and abdominal exercise will not correct their midsection’s appearance. These patients may benefit from removing excess skin and fat from the abdomen and tightening the underlying muscles. Some patients may undergo mini abdominoplasty via a smaller incision which produces a very short scar. Abdominoplasty may be combined with breast augmentation, breast lift, and breast reduction surgery, as well as liposuction, eyelid lift or other facial procedures, or in a Mommy Makeover.
